Privacy Policy
Leopard Data Corporation (“Leopard Data”, “we”, “us”) operates leoparddata.com. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We aim to keep this honest and short.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions. When you fill out the form on our Contact page, we receive the name, email address, company, phone, engagement type, subject, and message you submit. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.
- Analytics, with your consent. If you accept the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which pages get used. GA4 sets cookies and may collect approximate location (city level), device type, browser, referrer, and page-view events. If you decline, GA4 does not set cookies and no analytics events are sent.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps) records routine HTTP request information including IP address, user agent, and timestamp. These logs are used for operational purposes (security, debugging) and are retained per Azure’s defaults.
Who we share data with
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — relays contact-form submissions to our inboxes. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy.
- Google Analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Microsoft Azure — our hosting provider. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.
- Email providers — submissions are delivered to inboxes hosted by Google Workspace.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Cookies
We use one category of non-essential cookies: analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4). These are off by default until you accept the cookie banner. We do not use advertising or personalization cookies. You can decline at any time by clearing your browser’s storage for this site, which will re-show the cookie banner.
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct it if it’s wrong
- Delete it
- Stop using it for any specific purpose

If you’re in California, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including a right to know what we collect and a right to deletion. We do not sell personal information, so the “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” right does not apply — but you can still request deletion at the same email above.
If you’re in the EU/UK, you have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact the same email.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained as part of normal business correspondence (typically as long as the engagement or business relationship is active, plus a reasonable archive period). Analytics data follows GA4’s default retention. Server logs are retained per Azure’s default policies.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the home page.
